  • Hosed System Components
All the components you need to create a hosed nitrogen gas system!

    Hyson Manifold

Die designers choose Hyson Products manifold systems for lower pressure rises, improved part quality, and easy maintenance. Manifold systems provide one centralized point for pressurizing and depressurizing, and require no hoses or external fittings

Hyson Dyne A Lube High Speed Systems

Adds dynamic lubrication to the standard nitrogen manifold, literally spraying oil on the cylinder wall with every stroke of the press. Designed for longer run and higher speed applications

    Hyson Nitro-Dyne Ram Cushion

These offer a variety of advantages over conventional hydraulic and air ram cushions, from design flexibility and lower tooling costs to consistent force and simple retrofits

    Hyson Press Cushions

A pressure system with some type of pin plate. The force of the pressure system is transferred into the die with pressure pins. Press cushions can be installed in a variety of locations regardless of the orientation of the press.

    Hyson Controllable Cam System

With the controllable cam, you can store the energy from the downward motion of the ram and use it later in the press cycle, even as the ram is traveling up. This system is especially useful in delayed piercing operations, and provides increased die design flexibility by controlling the timing and/or speed of events during the work stroke.

    Hyson Roller Cam System

Used for piercing, trimming, flanging and restriking, the roller cam can be mounted as an aerial or die mount unit and can cover both vertical and horizontal angles.

    Hyson Nitro Cam System

This unique cam provides the high forces generated by hydraulics without the attendant hydraulic pumps and complicated plumbing. A single power cylinder can provide power to as many as three cam units. There are no mechanical drivers to take up space and interfere with part handling automation. This versatility allows the die designer the flexibility to make changes to a die late in the design process or even during construction

    Hyson CS2 Series
The redesigned controllable gas spring series features a normally open (NO) cartridge valve that simplifies the control system, combines the charge and bleed ports, and requires only 4 bar/58 psi air pressure. When you need to control return of the pad to achieve part quality and/or simplify part transfer, choose the CS2.

    Hyson DRAC 2 Soft Lock
Engineered for both upper and lower applications where a full pad lockdown is not required, this system uses delay cylinders that operate as normal nitrogen gas cylinders, providing force on the pad in the die. The DRAC 2 soft lock features minimal pad springback, does not require prime and timing cylinders, and allows multiple actions from a single action press.

    Hyson DRAC Positive Lock

This system is designed for lower applications and incorporates prime, timing and delayed return nitrogen cylinders. The DRAC positive lock provides full pad lockdown without springback and full force on contact. It allows multiple actions from a single action press and reduces the number of redraw operations
